Managing a high volume of posts can often be time-consuming and repetitive for digital publishers. To address this, we are thrilled to introduce the Bulk Actions feature, designed to empower users to perform batch updates, such as adding or removing categories and tags, with ease. This feature ensures consistency, saves valuable time, and simplifies content organization, allowing publishers to focus on creating impactful content.

Where to Find the Bulk Actions Feature

The Bulk Actions feature is seamlessly integrated into the Posts section of the dashboard.

Navigation Path:

• Log in to your dashboard.

• Navigate to the Posts section from the left menu.

• Select the posts you wish to update, you will see the extended menu at the top.

• Click the extended menu opens the side nav at the right. Here you will find the Bulk Actions options 

  • Add or remove Categories

  • Add or remove tags 

Feature Availability

The Bulk Actions feature is available to Owner and Admins users across all accounts. 

Getting Started with Bulk Actions

Follow these simple steps to start using the Bulk Actions feature:

Step 1: Select Posts

Use the checkboxes to select up to 200 posts at a time for a single action. Click the Extended Menu for bulk action options

Step 2: Navigate to Bulk Action Menu

On the right, side navigation opens with Bulk Action options to choose as shown below 

Step 3: Choose Bulk Action

Bulk Action | Add Categories

Select Add Category option and choose a category from the dropdown as shown below. Click Save

Review Changes

A confirmation dialog will display the details of the action. Review and confirm.

Updates will be processed and reflected in the selected posts.

Bulk Action | Remove Categories

Select Remove Category option and choose a category from the dropdown as shown below. Click Save -> Click Confirm to proceed

Limitations

1. Maximum posts per action: 200

2. Daily limit: 1,000 posts
