Product Update: Streamlined Dashboard UI with Mobile Responsiveness

We are excited to unveil our newly revamped dashboard UI, optimized for both desktop and mobile devices to enhance your workflow and productivity.

What's New:

• Enhanced Side Navbar

  • The side navbar now features collapse/expand options, with sections categorized under Content Creation, Content Distribution, and Content Analytics for easier navigation.

• Private & All Posts Views

  • "Created by me" under Private View shows your articles, while "All Posts" displays all content.

• Grouped Content Types

  • Articles, videos, live blogs, web stories, photo galleries, custom pages, and newsletters are now grouped together for streamlined content management.

• Clear Status Indicators

  • Post statuses (Published, Draft, Pending Approval, Scheduled) are clearly labeled under "Status" to help you track content progress.

• Quick Create Widget

  • A new widget on the top-right allows for quick content creation and easy management of members, tags, and categories. 

• Mobile Responsiveness

  • The new UI is optimized for mobile devices, ensuring that you can manage and create content seamlessly, no matter where you are.

Enhanced Side Navbar 

The side navigation bar now has a convenient collapse and expand option, allowing you to customize your workspace. 

• Left Image: On expansion, the detailed view will help you with content management sections
• Right Image: On collapse, icons for each section and on hover tooltip come in handy

Sections are thoughtfully categorized and grouped under three main areas: Content Creation, Content Distribution, and Content Analytics. This reorganization helps you navigate with ease and access the tools and pages you need more efficiently.

Simplified Content Management

Private View: The “Created by me” label under Private View provides quick access to all articles authored by you, ensuring you can easily track and manage your own content.

All Posts: The “All Posts” view enables you to see all articles, giving you a comprehensive overview of the entire content library.

Grouped Content Types

Content types are now neatly grouped together, catered for articles, videos, live blogs, web stories, photo galleries, custom pages, and newsletters. This makes it easier to create and manage various content forms without the clutter.

Clear Status Sections

The status of each post is indicated under the “Status” section, where you can quickly see if a post is Published, in Draft, Pending Approval, or Scheduled. This update helps you stay on top of your content’s progress and ensures better workflow management.

Quick Create Widget

A new “Quick Create” widget has been added to the top-right corner of the dashboard. This feature allows you to swiftly initiate content creation, as well as manage members, tags, and categories with just a few clicks, saving you valuable time.

Easy Access to Configurations

Next to the Quick Create widget, you’ll find the configurations page, providing seamless access to settings and other important tools.

The entire dashboard has been meticulously optimized for mobile devices, ensuring that every feature, from navigation to content management, is accessible and easy to use on any screen size.
