We are excited to announce the launch of our new dashboard UI, designed to enhance your workflow and boost your productivity. With a focus on organization and efficiency, the new UI brings several powerful features to help you get the most out of your experience. Here’s what’s new:

 

Content Velocity

Track your content creation and publication speed with our new Content Velocity feature. Gain insights into how quickly your team is producing and distributing content, allowing you to identify bottlenecks and optimize your processes for maximum efficiency.

This metric is for the overall team when viewed in the Owner, Admin, or Editor roles. However, for Content Writers, it is specific to their individual profiles.

Average Time to Publish

Measure the efficiency of your content pipeline with the Average Time to Publish metric. This feature provides detailed analytics on the time it takes from content creation to publication, helping you streamline operations and improve time management.

Indicators

• Positive and Negative Trends are indicated in Green and Red colors respectively.
• High and Low volumes or counts are represented by Up and Down arrows.
• Growth Percentage differences are also highlighted.

For example:

An increase in content leads to a higher content velocity, a positive trend (Green and Up arrow).
A decrease in the average time to publish indicates faster publication times, a positive trend (Green and Down arrow)

Quick Actions

Our Quick Actions panel is designed for maximum convenience. Access frequently used functions and tools directly from the dashboard, saving you time and reducing the number of clicks needed to perform routine tasks.

Content Writer is restricted to Write Post Quick Actions while other roles Owner, Admin, Editor will have all the 5 Quick Actions buttons

Announcements

Stay updated with the latest news and important information through the Announcements section. Receive real-time updates on platform changes, feature releases, and other critical information to ensure you’re always in the loop.

Product Updates

The Product Updates area keeps you informed about the latest enhancements and new features. Stay ahead with detailed information on updates and improvements, helping you leverage the full potential of our platform.
