How It Works
- Version History
- Every time a post is updated, a new version is automatically saved, complete with a Timestamp, Edited At and Edited By.
- Restoration Options
- Select individual fields or revert the entire content to a previous version.

- Restored versions are not immediately live; they must be reviewed and published to take effect.
Getting Started
Step 1: Accessing Version History
- Go to the Published/Draft section.
- Select a published post and click Edit
- Locate the Version History option in the extended menu next to the Publish button as shown below
Step 2: Restoring Content
- Open the version history and select the desired previous version
- Can choose to restore specific post fields
- Can choose all applicable post fields from the selected version
Step 3: Preview changes to ensure accuracy
Step 4: Once confirmed, click Publish or Update to make the restored changes live.
