Step 1: Select a Post 

Navigate to the Published section and Click Distribute Post for a post that you would want to share it with your publication.

Step 2: Access the Multi-Site Localization 

You will find the "Send to Sister Site" option to distribute the content. Click Distribute.

Step 3: Select Target Website

Choose the website(s) where you want to distribute your content.

Step 4: Choose Language

Select the language for translation to ensure accurate localization.

Step 5: Distribute Content

Click Distribute on Sister Site. With just a few clicks, your content is distributed across the selected sites and languages.

Step 6: Article goes to Draft in Sister Site

Once distributed, the content will appear in the draft section of the target site. The new "Source" header will indicate whether the article originates from a Sister Site. 

Note: Categories, tags, and credits from the original version will be removed during distribution.

Step 7: Review and Publish

You can review, update, and publish the content after checking the original version by clicking "Check Original", a link to the parent website.

Step 8: Keep a Track

Finally, you can view all distributions and their details by going to "All" under Content Distribution 

Step 9: Multi-post Distribution

Additionally, as demonstrated below, users can select multiple posts and distribute them to the sister sites 

Select multiple posts -> Distribute Posts -> Select Send to Sister Site -> Done!!
