The Collaborative Editing feature enhances collaborative content management by notifying users when someone else is actively editing a post. With a clear, intuitive interface, users are given the option to either "Take Over" the editing session or "Cancel" to avoid disruptions. If a user takes over editing, the previous editor receives an automated message confirming that their changes have been saved, ensuring a seamless transition and preserving work progress.

• Editing Alert Notification: When a user attempts to edit content that is already opened by another user, a prompt appears with the following details:

  • Name and email of the user currently editing the content.
  • Options to either “Take Over” control or “Cancel” the editing attempt.

• Takeover Notification to Previous Editor: If the new user takes over editing, the original editor is immediately notified with a message indicating:

  • That editing control has been taken over by the new user, with their name and email displayed.
  • Assurance that changes made up until that moment are saved, preventing any data loss.
