We are excited to announce the launch of our new Multi-Post Newsletter feature! This powerful tool is designed to streamline your email marketing efforts, allowing you to create, manage, and distribute multiple newsletter posts within a single campaign.

Given the crucial role of campaigns for publishers, this feature enables consistent communication with their audience, thereby enhancing engagement and retention. It streamlines content management by incorporating multiple posts into a single campaign. Furthermore, it offers detailed analytics, allowing publishers to refine their strategies based on performance insights.

Getting Started

Here's a step-by-step guide to help you get started with Multi-Post Newsletter feature

Step 1: Selecting posts for Newsletter campaign 

  • To start using the Multi-Post Newsletter feature, navigate to the 'Published' section and select the corresponding posts

Step 2: Drafting and organizing the campaign

Click Send Newsletter after selecting the required set of posts

Step 3: Fill the Newsletter Details

Provide the required details for the campaign

  • Subject: Email subject
  • Message: Email body
  • Default Template: To ensure a professional standard look and feel
  • *Customized Template: Customize templates to match your brand’s identity and apply them across multiple posts

You can review the selected posts as shown below. Also, can add more posts using "Add more post" option

Step 4: Review the order of posts

Drag and drop for re-arranging the order of the posts if required. Can also delete the posts if found irrelevant for the campaign.

Once done, click Next to complete the Distribution settings.

Provide the required distribution details for the campaign

  • Choose Recipients: Select this checkbox if the campaign is to be sent to all publishers
  • Select Newsletter Group: To send a campaign for a specific newsletter group
  • Specific Email: To send a campaign to the specific email ID

Once done, click save to send the newsletter

  • Accessing Analytics: Go to the 'Configuration' section -> Newsletter.
  • Viewing Metrics: Review key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and engagements for each campaign.
